Supergreen Kale Pasta

Have any dinner plans? This kale pasta comes together in the length of time it takes to boil pasta. Super simple, delicious and a recipe my kids love. Find the recipe below ~

Ingredients

pasta, of choice

6 kale leaves, cut into 1” pieces

1 tablespoon miso

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1/4 cup basil leaves

2 tablespoons EVOO

3 tablespoons hemp seeds

juice of half a lemon

1/2 cup pasta water

salt to taste


Method:

Cut your kale into 1” pieces, removing the tough stem at the very bottom. Add pasta to boiling water and cook til al dente. Don’t forget to reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. Add your kale to salted water for 30 seconds. Remove kale and add to blender with all sauce ingredients. Bring everything together and serve. I top mine with a little extra EVOO ~
