  • For breakfast, we’re layering bright and citrusy lemon coconut yogurt with crunchy granola. Not your typical store-bought granola with tons of sugar, ours is full of oats, macadamia nuts, chia seeds, and coconut, making it the perfect balance to the creamy yogurt. This breakfast is full of fiber, antioxidants, vitamin C and probiotics (gluten-free, vegan, contains coconut and macadamia).

  • This salad is the perfect balance of a light meal, yet full of protein and very satiating. A bed of kale is topped with roasted cauliflower, white beans, watermelon radish, and a seedy sprinkle made of flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Top it all off with a bright lemon vinaigrette for a creamy, citrusy lunch (gluten-free, vegan).
